How to Make Clove Ice Cubes at Home
You only need two ingredients:
- Whole cloves
- Water
Steps:
- Boil 1 cup of water and add 10–15 whole cloves. Let it simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow the clove water to cool completely.
- Pour the infused water into an ice cube tray. You can also drop 1–2 whole cloves into each cube for extra potency and aesthetic appeal.
- Freeze overnight.
Alternatively, you can skip the boiling step and just freeze whole cloves directly in plain water, although boiling helps extract more benefits.
How to Use Clove Ice Cubes on Your Face
- Cleanse your face thoroughly before application.
- Take one cube and wrap it in a soft, clean cloth or glide it directly over the skin in circular motions.
- Focus on areas prone to wrinkles, puffiness, and large pores (forehead, cheeks, under eyes, jawline).
- Avoid the eyelids and do not keep the cube in one spot for too long.
- Pat your face dry and follow with your favorite serum or moisturizer.
Frequency: Use once a day, preferably in the morning. You may start to notice visible improvements within 2 to 8 weeks of daily use.
